SHIPPING YOUR ONLINE ORDER

We ship all over Canada and the US using Canada Post Expedited Mail.  Shipping and handling costs are fixed at a flat fee of $12 per order (if you order and pay with online shopping cart.)  Online orders of $200 or more will be shipped at our cost

BAGGED TEA

The bagged tea is packed in tea bags, 20 tea bags in a foil pouch, one or two foil pouches per box, with each box sealed in cellophane over-wrapping. Please note that our bigger boxes tea contains 40 tea bags (100g) in total, and not the usual 20 or 24 bags for other boxed herbal teas.    With this product range we want to make the Certified Organic teas available at a  reasonable and competitive price without sacrificing quality of the tea.

LOOSE LEAF

The loose leaf teas is packed in self-standing pouches with a clear polyethylene front and a foil back. The pouch is heat sealed with a resealable ziplock. There are two sizes: 250g and 150g. ( 5.3oz and 8.8 oz per pouch)

Bulk Sized bags are also available in 1 Kg sizes and they are packed in Double seal ZipLock Bags

Our tea is premium quality 100% rooibos tea leaves – not merely export grade, which may contain up to 20% stalks. If, however, you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened boxes within ten days of receipt for a full refund.
