We ship all over Canada and the US using Canada Post Expedited Mail. Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of your order, as well as your destination. If order is placed online and payment is made with the online shopping cart online payment service, we will ship at a flat rate of $12.00 to Canada and the USA. |

BAGGED TEA The bagged tea is packed in non clorine tea bags, 20 tea bags in a foil pouch, one or two foil pouches per box, with each box sealed in cellophane over-wrapping. Please note that our boxes tea contains 40 tea bags (100g) in total, and not the usual 20 or 24 bags for other boxed herbal teas. With this product range we want to make the Certified Organic teas available at a reasonable and competitive price without sacrificing quality of the tea. LOOSE LEAF The Loose Leaf tea is packed in self-standing pouches with a clear polyethylene front and a foil back. The pouch is heat sealed with a resealable ziplock. There are two sizes: 250g and 150g.(5.3oz or 8.8oz) |

If, however, you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened boxes within ten days of receipt for a full refund. The Organic Tea is certified by ECOCERT of Osterode, Germany. |
