Quoted prices are in Canadian dollars unless specified to be in US Dollars.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Shipping and handling fees will be applied to all orders.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package, the destination, and the
method of shipment.
Prices are quoted for surface mail (delivery 2 to 5 days) We will quote shipping
costs on specific orders on an individual basis.
Shipping will be handled by Canada Post and their partners in the U.S. Delivery time depends
on the destination.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of
the date of receipt provided that the returned tea boxes is still wrapped in its original
wrapping.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us

In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product
to us.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case
it has been delayed.
