SHIPPING

We ship all over Canada and the US using Canada Post Expedited Mail. Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of your order, as well as your destination.  Online Shopping Cart Shipping costs are fixed at $12  but will only be applicable to orders placed and pre paid for via the PayPall shopping cart.

When using the shopping cart, payment is processed by PayPall in a secure environment.

Online Payment options include mayor Credit Cards as well as other payment options as determined by PayPall

Cheques and money orders will be accepted by arrangement.

Cheques must be made out to Newlands Import Corporation  (in CA$ or US$).

Money orders must be made out to Newlands Import Corporation  and must be cashable in Canada.

COD orders will be accepted at a CAD 6.00 fee (only in Canada).

BAGGED TEA

The bagged tea is packed in unbleached tea bags, 20 tea bags in a foil pouch, one or two foil pouches per box, with each box sealed in cellophane over-wrapping. Please note that our boxes tea contains 40 tea bags (100g) in total, and not the usual 20 or 24 bags for other boxed herbal teas.    With this product range we want to make the Certified Organic teas available at a  reasonable and competitive price without sacrificing quality of the tea.

LOOSE LEAF

Loose leaf teas is packed in self-standing pouches with a clear polyethylene front and a foil back. The pouches are heat sealed with a resealable ziplock. There are two sizes: 250g and 150g.

Our tea is premium quality 100% rooibos tea leaves – not merely export grade, which may contain up to 20% stalks. If, however, you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened boxes within ten days of receipt for a full refund.

The Organic Tea is certified by ECOCERT of Osterode, Germany.
